中文网址，顾“.网址”是以中文表现的网址，是最快捷、最方便的网络访问标准。“中文.网址”于2011年被列入ICANN（国际互联网名称与数字地址分配机构）首批中文域名申请名录。2014年04月，“.网址”入根国际申请完成所有评审环节，2014年08月正式面向全球开放注册
        2014年08月，暨“.网址”国际顶级中文域名全球开放注册之际，国家互联网信息办公室、工业和信息化部及中国科学院等三大国家部委领导及中国互联网协会、中文域名协调联合会共同召开会议，表明以“.网址”为代表的中文全球顶级域名已被视为国家信息主权的重要组成部分，国家将进行大力推进普及应用。

Details: To enable the details of this specific error message to be viewable on remote machines, please define an errorDetails attribute within the "filter.config" configuration file. This errorDetails attribute should then have its value set to "On".
